If you chose to use my Realtor services we will sign the traditional AREA real estate contracts as well as review what revitalization projects we may want to take on. This initial decision will allow me to call and coordinate contractors in order to acquire estimates for the work.

Unlike traditional Realtor services together we will assess aspects of your home that may stop it from selling. Then we will determine a budget and fix the most important selling features first. I believe a small investment into your home can go a long way, and with my home renovation expertise and trusted tradesmen, we can address home issues quickly and effectively.
