It’s my job to sell your house for as much as possible, however, we are up against plenty of buyers with knowledgeable REALTORS®. Our starting point is an honest conversation about your homes current value, location, unique or competitive qualities, Edmonton’s market trends, your neighborhoods market trends, and finally your expectations. Selling your home can be relatively stress-free, but it all starts with finding common ground and developing a strategy that suits your unique situation.
Property preparation ensures your home is in a condition fit to earn you as much money from your sale as possible. Unlike my Pro Realtor Services I cannot coordinate any revitalization or renovation projects, but I do ensure we have the best pictures possible. I do this by showing up an hour prior to the photographer, and helping you to declutter / clean any areas of the house that need my help!
Once the listing is live, I will provide bi-weekly updates on your neighborhood sales, show your property to any buyers that reach out directly through realtor.ca and collect feedback from REALTORS® who have shown your home. Buyers agents are a valuable resource for feedback on both the price we chose to list your home at and anything that may be stopping your home from selling fast.
If we negotiate a “pending” deal, I continue working closely with you to ensure we do everything possible to close. This includes discussing the potential outcomes of the buyer’s property inspection, helping you process ordering condominium documents, and any further negotiations we may face.
